Pension changes
Hello. This webpage is for members of the AstraZeneca Pension Fund whose pension is affected by our recent pension review.
The Trustee of the Fund and the Company previously wrote to you about this and proposed a change which would simplify your pension (known as GMP conversion).
We consulted with all affected members about this proposal.
Following the end of the consultation period for GMP conversion, having taken all feedback into consideration, we’re going ahead with our proposal.
We confirmed this in the letter and pension statement we recently sent you.
Your pension automatically changed from November 2024, as shown in your pension statement. The first payment of your new pension will be paid to you in December 2024 and backdated to November 2024.
